Yeah, tell me about it DT! Really looking forward to this issue. Not a lot of Turtle, but there's a lot of other things in there!

-->> nervous break-down

.. trying to keep it together, T ..

Ain't easy.

Sorry folks.. i'm not always known for my fortitude.

-->> ..this is the infamous um ..

UNAUTHORIZED Turtle Photo storyline featured in this book ?? ??

..err..

Is this the story you're talking about Tok?

If so, it's very close. Same character, different story, but it is similar thematically. There are elements of that story present in the new one, but the focus has shifted across to Hun a bit more and the involvement of the Foot is a little more incidental.

-->> .. i believe that's the one ..

while it does seem the focus for now would seem that Hun is very connected to Casey..

i hope to hell we'll get insight on how he's connected to the Foot.

There must be some connection if he's gonna be encroaching on Shredder's old NYC holdings.

This will be the second story featuring HUN ??

Hun's about as anti-Foot as the Turtles. He's about as pro-active in eliminating the Foot Clan as Leo. Possibly moreso. I had to remove a panel which would have probably been one of the most awesome things Paul and I could do together, simply because I felt it warranted an entire issue to itself. BUT... not everything is as it seems. You'll have to wait until March to find out why, then June, and then you'll see in November where it's all going...
If things go into next year and Tales keeps going, you'll be finding out more about Ross May's "Mistress" from Tales #22, and if you've read the whole story over at his blog, then you're in for a big, big surprise (provided we can get approval for the story of course)!

-->> O my god.

Ross puts me on pop-culture overload, yeh i vaguely recall his character. ( It's also the 2 A.M. hour here.. )

I'll have to look it up again and hit my stacks again.

In 2004 when Tales hit .. i was very into it hardcore, but as my days became more chaotic .. .. i'd buy it and set it down and not get to it but ' on occasion '. Due to all that entropy and great depressions i could not motivate myself something that truly loved and wanted to read.

I have been rectifying this as of 2007 so this will be a good time for me to go back and catch up on these things.

Lots of strength in these story lines.

Maybe i was nervous about Rose's alert the other week.. but this type of story telling and what your revealing here, i think like Paul sez does bring them back into this Early 90s mode.

Sh7t.. while i am very jaded about many things at the moment.. i am not pessimistic about Tales.

Hun from the start i liked.

Even tho' watered down in the show he was not just another ' Bebop and Rocksteady '.

Shedding this new light and take on him has been so exiting ..

it's a variation on a theme.

I have set aside my On card Hun Figure .. whenever i do get to meet you and Paul, i'll have you sign him.
