Interviewness!

A couple of weeks ago, I did an interview with Alec Berry, who runs what is easily one of the coolest podcasts online (and I'm not just saying that, I was made aware of this blog a while ago and have loved it from way back). It's a little behind the times (the interview itself) because it was done about a week before the news of the Viacom / Nickelodeon buyout occurred, but I love how it came out, and I hate hearing myself back on anything.

Give it a listen: here

Also, I just saw the Japanese move "Kairo", known in the West as "The Pulse". Did this make sense to anyone? Did it even scare anyone? I know the US remakes tend to dumb things down, but I think I'm going to need to watch it to see what they made of it...

Sounding good!

Though I disagree with you emphatically about Norman Osborn being in charge of the Marvel U.

Yeah, I agree. I'm not usually one of those guys that can listen to a podcast for over an hour, but this one just breezed by (at least the portion of it where you were talking). Great interview.

I have been playing with the idea of breaking into writing for a while now, and I think you're inspirational, Tristan. When I read your comics or listen to your story, it just makes me want to open up the laptop and start typing.

Also made me sad to hear you talk about future TMNT projects that you won't get the chance to do now. It's a mad shame, but anything you write, I will read!

@Ross: I hate you emphatically. Norman rules the Marvel U and the fallout shall be horrendous and awesome.

@Joey: It came out great, hey! Hopefully there'll be another one sooner rather than later ;)

@Daniel: Dude. Thank you, from the depths of my heart dude. I really do appreciate that what little I've done has spoken to people the way it has. Hopefully there'll be more before long, whether it's Turtles or something else. Hopefully it's a bit of both, as I have been told that some things are a brewing... Fingers crossed something good comes of them!
