Skinwalkers

You know there was a Smallville episode with that title, about the very same subject?

there was also a terrible movie that starred our very own Casey Jones (Elias Koteas) that was awful.

Yeah, I know about both, but I'm not particularly concerned. Everyone knows Skinwalkers was an atrocity of a movie (c'mon, PG13 werewolf movies?), and the Smallville ep handled the subject in such a drastically different way that neither are much of a concern. The subject has been raided by popular culture so many times it's ridiculous. But that said, it's a title I like, and I'm confident that the material is strong enough to hold its own. If another title comes up, we'l consider it, but this is exactly what the the book is about. It also reads better than Yeenaaldooshii!

Yeah, knew about that too, read it as well, but again, the two books are so different that I think I can get away with it. Again, if another title presents itself somewhere down the road, I'll consider it.

I don't think you can use the same title as the Oni series...at least I don't think Image or DH would let you, because I don't think Oni would let you (which was the only reason I mentioned it...) I could see Oni filing a lawsuit over "Confusion in the Market Place." But, that's just my thoughts. Take them or leave them...

Technically it's not the same (being plural) but I'm being facetious. ;)

Again, if another title comes up, which I'm sure it will, given Skinwalkers was a compromise.

If nothing does present itself then I'll have to see how it flies...
